The Hog Plum tree is native to Southeast Asia. including Thailand It is classified as a deciduous perennial plant. Wild Hog Plum is a fresh, juicy fruit with oval shape. It is about 2.5-3 cm wide and 3-5 cm long. The young fruit is green. The mature fruit is yellowish-green to light yellow. dotted with yellow and black dots very sour Inside the fruit is a single, very large and hard seed. The seed surface is splintered and rough.
